The private onsen in the room was perfect after days out in the snow. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops/hire equipment. The shuttle service to ski resorts was excellent - would have helped to know the schedules before arriving to better organise and plan which slopes to visit.

Very comfortable & clean, great beds. Fantastic helpful staff, great indoor & outdoor onsen, and an ok little gym. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Provided a hotel shuttle bus to pick us up from town. Free local bus stop right outside lobby.

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff who are very helpful and provide great advice for site seeing, restaurants, etc.

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.

room was great! the hot spring inside the room was amazing, specially after a day of skiing. buses to ski resorts stop in front of property.
